Then I encourage you to join me as we intentionally set our minds, bodies and spirits on exercising 21 Days of “An Attitude of Gratitude” Challenge!
An Attitude of Gratitude is truly a matter of the heart. And those who consistently exercise this mindset, are known to experience many benefits, including greater joy! Now who couldn’t benefit from greater JOY?
Also, intentionally setting your mind, body and spirit on “An Attitude of Gratitude,” will increase your awareness of God’s goodness in your life. As well as improving your over-all health and well-being.
So, again, I extend an invitation to come and join me as we set our hearts, minds, body and spirits on purposefully increasing our “Attitude of Gratitude” not only for the month of November, but also for everyday of our lives.
